• Prices shown on the AutoTerminal.com website are in pounds sterling.

• Prices are quoted inclusive of clearance, duty (10%), VAT (17.5%), and IVA. Qualified customers may purchase vehicles EX-VAT on normal trade terms.

• Inventory is held in Southampton and transport is arranged to any destination within the UK and Ireland.

Payments

• Payment for 100% of invoice price is required prior to release of the vehicle. Payment is required within 7 days of confirmation.

• Failure to pay the full amount due, on vehicles with deposits, within a reasonable time after shipment may result in a £500 cancellation fee or forfeiture of all deposits

• ATUK accepts payments made through Telegraphic Transfer, Cashier's cheque or cash up to £8000

Penalties and Interest

• ATUK reserves the right to charge penalties to cover costs and lost revenue resulting from cancellations or transactions that are not followed through or due to failure of timely payments by customers.

• ATUK has the right to claim interest at the rate of 10% per annum on any outstanding overdue amount.

Retention of Title

• No title to any vehicle shall be transferred to you until we receive all the necessary payments and documents. If payment is not received by the due date, we may enter any premises where the vehicles are and repossess them.

Confidentiality

• We don't share, sell or reveal any information about our customers to any unassociated organization.
